My head lifted from my pillow before the sun lifted above the skyline; something which has not happened since my freshman year of college at AWC.

I had a miraculous light rail experience in which I had no awkward situations or sketchy people approach me - never during my time at ASU have I ever NOT encountered some sort of insane light rail experience during the first day of a new semester. Three out of four of my classes were located atop steep staircases, making life incredibly difficult to endure today, considering the fact that Ivanna and I had an intense workout followed by even more intense leg exercises last night. Bad choice on my part.

My chemistry class will double in education for me. Obviously I will be learning more fabulous chemistry foundations, but most importantly, I will be able to perfect my german accent, thanks to being able to listen to my professor lecture in it three times a week. I couldn't help myself from smiling during my entire calculus lecture, bubbling with the anticipation to tell eddie everything about the dialect in which my asian professor spoke. My Religion and Moral Issues class kept me on the edge of my seat, and i instantly fell in love with my professor, Dr LeMaire, when he said that "you are all a result - a victim- of indoctrination." However, he will be competing for the love I also found for my biology professor, Dr. Mossman, after he cracked his jewish jokes and revealed he lectured at Georgetown for ten years and also holds a seat in the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. I found all of my professors today to be quite admirable, which makes me more enthusiastic about my scholarly performance this semester.

Aside from school, I am also excited for the following:
1) Disneyland, but thats a given.
2) Garrett Slater moving to Phoenix and rekindling our best friendship, and
3) Eddie and I getting our pug puppy!
