lists in my head
Comment to this post asking for a list, and I will give you five things I associate with you. They might make sense or they might be totally random. Then post that list, with your commentary, to your LJ (or just add a reply back at me). Other people (including me~) can get lists from you, and the meme merrily perpetuates itself.

1. Adventure Time
Oh my gosh ADVENTURE TIME *__* It's so upbeat and happy and joyful and I have so much fun watching it. PRINCESS BUBBLEGUM IS MY FAVORITE, ALONG WITH FIONNA AND CAKE AND MARCELINE AND LSP AND MOST OF THE FEMALE CHARACTERS. AND FINN AND JAKE. I LOVE EVERYONE EXCEPT WELL YOU KNOW.
It does have a lot of casual ableism in it with how often they throw around "insane," "crazy," and so on. But basically it makes me happy and I enjoy watching a immortal vampire queen kicking her douchey ex-boyfriend in the crotch. And I can't help it when there's Marceline/PB art by a storyboardist and she puts Sailor Moon references in the assigned-sex swapped episode.
2. Iris/Langley
Snarky lady rivalry based on their skills at what they're trying to achieve. It's probably... the most balanced and mutually reciprocated antagonistic rivalry in the anime right now. Ash just keeps on getting snubbed and Cilan is too kind.
... Look, they're really cute and Homestuck made me hurt with its lady rivalries. And there are dragons in this relationship. I want Iris to have awesome relationships!

3. Velma
Velma Dinkley is a girl I really love... but especially the way she's portrayed in Mystery Incorporated. Not that I don't really enjoy other iterations of her. And I figured out why! Her personality reminds me of a magical girl anime; one of the characters you might find there. And then I imagine a series where she gets the most focus and she gets to have more development outside of dudes and talking about dudes. She's really smart, a bit brash and very awkward, and I want to see more focus on those parts of her outside of her interactions with the group. SHE NEEDS MORE FRIENDS AND ROLE MODELS THAT DON'T LET HER DOWN SO MUCH.
In better hands, she'd get to shine so much more in ways that weren't just... "standard."
4. ATLA
I love this show and all of the ladies and Aang and so much else. I can't wait for the graphic novels coming out in January that'll bridge a gap between itself and The Legend of Korra... I'm going to get so mad at Zuko while reading it. Which is par for course on how I react to him.
5. Orihime
ORIHIME IS MY FAVORITE FOREVER AND EVER AND I WANT ARCS AND ARCS ABOUT HER THAT DON'T GRIND HER SELF-ESTEEM INTO THE DUST. I LOVE HER WITH RUKIA, AND ICHIGO, AND ICHIGO AND RUKIA. SUCH A SWEETHEART AND A GIRL WHO I'D BE HAPPY TO BE FRIENDS WITH.
Nia, Orihime, and Starfire should get together and be the best friends ever.
