Why do we get the shit end of the movie stick in Canada? I need to know this!
1. We get fucked on most movie websites. Like, at the Saw 3 site, you can go to a special (more grotesque/cooler/special-featury) version of the site. But is this open to Canadians? NOOOOOO!
2. This upcoming weekend, there is a horror-movie festival going on for 1 week only in the states, at a whole bunch of theatres. It's 8 films rated too extreme to be rated, which was initially why they never made it to theatres. But, this weekend only, they're showing them. IN THE US ONLY. *whines* I went to the site (you can also view the site, with the plots to all the movies, photo stills, and trailers here.
I really want to see them, and I doubt if they're "too extreme" that there'll be any chance of getting to see them.
