Man, my posts have been a little sparse, haven't they? It's probably because I don't feel there's much to write about. I mean, family drama is still unfolding. Work is ... work. :0\ Social activities have been varied but I look forward to meeting up with friends throughout the week. This Labor Day weekend has been pretty laidback and uneventful. I had plans to go to a friend's house in Columbus, Ga, but they were cancelled. So, I spent the whole weekend either shopping or running errands or taking care of family stuff. Yesterday I spent a couple of hours with friends walking around a mall (Ah-ha! Multi-tasking!) which never seems to be enough. It was nice to have the time to do all of that, but it was also exhausting to walk around so much and to drive every which way between friends and family. Blech. It almost makes me look forward to the coming work week. Almost. Still, there have been many things I've been procrastinating on, and I should have gotten them done by now. Gracious... I'm such a slacker. *sighs* I have caught a few U S Open games over the weekend. Very sad but poignant end to Andre Agassi's career. Wow. I'm rooting for Roddick and Blake - I believe they're the only Americans left in the game. Hmph... figures. *shrugs* Well, gotta pledge allegiance to someone, right? ;0P I'm not that interested in the women's games. I know one of the Williams sisters is still in competition but whatever. Besides, I only catch it when I'm channel surfing.
