Today was lovely.
err, I was stood up for my own job interview. I was angry, to say the least. I wasn't about to drive 30 minutes for nothing, so I went to the mall.
With all of those mirrors in the mall, I always end up thinking about how young I look.
And I always say that I should buy some new, nice clothes, but I never do. It's so expensive...
A man working told me that I had nice shoes, that they were limited edition. ...then it occurred to me that maybe I should stop buying men's shoes. THEY ARE NOT MEN'S SHOES. They are unisex.
My first memory of Art is in eighth grade, he said, "hey, we have the same shoes." I was horrified that he was wearing girl's shoes, but then it occurred to me that they might be guy's shoes.
That's not my point. The point is, I am young.
I love the Discovery science store. It's my favorite. I bought a kite.
Then I drove home and tutored Sierra. She is 10, and I hadn't seen her for a few weeks because she had been sick in the hospital. I didn't know this. We went outside and flew the kite and laughed a lot.
