Chinese New Year
Dad's wife is from China so we end up celebrating every year. Even Blindy gets his own "lucky money". Its kind of neat.
So I went online and looked up some traditions of the day since I'll be heading over there today to celebrate. (today is chinese new year eve)
There are so many! You cant clean on new years day, you cant greet people in your bedroom, you cant...well, there are a lot of things.
Oh and since it is a 14 day celebration there are all kinds of things you need to do on certian days. But most of all if any one visits family they have to bring tangerines. So now I feel like I need to go out and get some. If I can even find them. Plus the houses are all decorated in flowers so I figure ill bring some of those as well. Im sure dad's wife would like it.
I should call uncle Froggy and ask if there is anything else I could do.
