I had my Alternative Homecoming Party yesterday. There were some pros and cons.
Cons, I invited a friend that invited some of his really idiotic friends to the party, my best friend (possibly ex-best friend) said my idea was stupid and she was too obsessed with guys in order to participate, I got puppyguarded during the lasertag games, I got really pissed and my attitude just blew away.
Pros, I had fun with my friends, got first rank in two out of three of the games, got a really wacked out machine gun laser that lowered my accuracy but was really cool to handle, I managed not to just bow my head and flip out, and met some new people.
Before that, at 10:00 in the morning, my ex-boyfriend came to visit me when I was working at the library. (I don't hate my ex by the way. In fact, we're really good friends. My best guy friend to be exact.) We had a blast catching up with our lives and I got to hug him. Haven't done that in so long. He enjoyed it also and we've been in touch by email for a long time.
Halo tournament at my local Blue Sky Cafe (bubble tea place.) November 5th, 2005. I'm considering in entering me, my ex and my cousin in the tournament. Though I might get beaten by the first round, lol.
