Modern Family: s1 picspam!
For landofart 's open picspam challenge I decided to picspam Modern Family. I stuck to season 1 but if people like it, I may do season 2 too as well =)
The moments I chose are very random I think, but these are standout moments for me :-)
Those who haven't seen it: I think its a mix between Arrested Development and the american The Office. Its my favourite show after AD.

Phil: I want you to know I'm not enjoying this, but this is an important lesson that you're learning so soak it... keep it. [He raises the BB gun]
Luke: You're too close. It's gonna hurt.
Phil: It's supposed to hurt.
Luke: And why are you smiling?
Phil: I'm... what?
Phil: Oh forget it. I can't do this. The point is you're scared; I think you've learned your lesson. [Gun goes off]
Luke: OW! You hit my bone.
Phil: It was an accident!
Mitchell: Okay, no, no, no, stop! You come into my house and you insult me and my boyfriend who, by the way, is not that dramatic and-
(“Circle of Life” starts playing; lights dim) Oh god… (Cameron enters carrying Lily; holds her up as spotlight shines on her) We adopted a baby. Her name is Lily.
Cameron: Isn’t it exciting?
Mitchell: Just turn it off.
Cameron: I can’t turn it off; it’s who I am.
Mitchell: The music.
Cameron: Oh, yes, the music. (turns it off) Come say hi to Lily! (Family fawns over Lily; Jay stands from afar)
Phil: Lily. Isn’t that gonna be hard for her to say?
Mitchell: This is going to sound a little gay...
Claire: I can take it.
Mitchell: When you and I skated together, you weren’t the mean older sister and I wasn’t the clingy little brother. We were a team. And let’s face it, as teenagers, or when Mom and Dad got divorced, and even now, we’re always *on opposing sides. I guess I... miss being on your team.
Claire starts to tear up.
Claire:
Wow. That is... a little gay.
Claire: We're gonna pass into legend. The parents who canceled Christmas.
Phil: I thought you'd be happy.
Claire: They'll write songs about us. They'll make a Christmas special with those ugly little clay pieces.
Claire: I need you to teach me how to use the remote.
Haley: Why can't dad teach you?
Claire: Because we're married.
Mitchell: Cameron's moment went on for a really, really long time. Turns out I could've run to the party and made it back for the end of his moment.
I just love this moment! The look of evil from Haley, Alex laughing her ass off!
Every family needs a good family portrait. Turns out this is no ordinary family though.
