i got a job! teaching yoga in an after-school program in ware, ma (please don't say, "where?", i've gotten that 5 times and it was only funny when seth said it first). this is most exciting, as i can make little kids do the animal poses and roar and bark and squawk and the like...i'll be noising along with them, of course, but man, who actually gets to do this for a living? blessed.
i signed the lease for the room with lauren in hadley, 5 min from the lights on 116, for those amherstians (or whatever we're called). i'll be moving starting oct. 2. this means if you want to help, i love you. heh.
i paid rent for patty's studio and classes begin on oct. 2..sun and thurs evenings from 730-900. and i have keys to the studio. this is also serendipitously beautiful.
so i'm ok...i'm elated...i'm aware of it all passing, and i am riding the waves as they come. i'm frustrated at jealousy, at myself a little bit for...well, for being me sometimes... at various people who are in and out of my life...but all in all, there is too much good right now to let it pull me down. things are clicking for this pixie...which is extraordinarily heartening.
all i need is health insurance.
