Ugh, Mornings after 4 hours of sleep *makes zombie noises*   I'm suppose to drive up to Chico today for a 3-day workshop, and I haven't even started packing (mind you, I leave in 45 minutes).  First up, caffeine though.  After that, well, it would be time to mention the natal return of a dear friend's sun (damn, he must be getting old).    So, without further ado,
