break...school...and finals
ok...so I said I would update...and I never did...well I’ve been swamped and that’s why...ok
Thanksgiving....being in OR was awesome. The sky there is incredible...it was so warm!...Thanksgiving dinner was...wow...very good...I got to meet and talk to a lot of new people...that was very cool. Had an awesome walk after everything died down later that night. Friday we went shooting...wowsers...that was yeah...very wonderful...Ant made me a marble cake for my birthday and later we went bowling with his brother Ben...and watched the hulk~ it was cute...Sunday...spent a lot of time with his mom. His mom is amazing...I wouldn't mind trading...that evening ant and I watched the movie back draft...and the whole time was just wonderful...got to play pool...and get my but kicked...and sit in a hot tub...and I was able to just relax and be myself...it was just what I needed. Ant was such a sweetheart...he spoiled me like crazy...yeah.. it was good...I like getting spoiled...and he picked me up at the airport, which I wasn't sure if he would or if his parents would, gave me flowers, and took me to dinner and a movie...and was just...well he was Ant and he was wonderful...he made me feel so good.
then I came back and it was school and stress again...but I have been very good about not stressing out too much...right now I’m trying to finish writing two papers...one just needs a final copy ~ technically ~ but as I had to redo the stats...AGAIN!....I need to basically rewrite the whole thing again...however I did manage to completely write a rough draft for a lab report in two hours...and its pretty damn good too. Tomorrow I defend my poster, the date got pushed back cause there was a big conference in town and they couldn't get them printed on time. And I just finished running the stats for my lab so I’m finally done with that and I don't have to think about it anymore. I'm taking a week off work so I can attempt to study for some of my finals...I’m concerned and finding time to study when I can but I’m also trying not to stress myself out too much
anyway I’m living in Irving in the computer lab...which has internet and doesn't allow msn...cause the computers are stupid but whatever...anyway...yeah...I’m just a busy beaver...I’ll be done on the 17 at 10am...
my finals are kinda nice because I have them early in the morning so I have all day to study for the next one the following morning...except for Monday when I have two...so yeah...anyway I’ve just finished another draft of my lab report so I’m going to force my roommate to read it and do another draft of my character displacement paper...I can't wait till I’m done with that monstrosity!
