hows shit?
wow. it has been forever and a day since i wrote in lj. my computer had a virus and then another and another... it was craziness.
well, life is pretty good right now. my two best friends are now going out, which i think is adorable and i couldnt be happier for them. i went to tampa for a convention for the school newspaper. it was a very interesting trip. not necessarily great, but not bad. it was good for me to get away from life for a little bit and do things differently for a change. i learned a lot about myself, which is always a good thing. although the bus ride there was miserable (i was seriously sunburned on the back of my legs... and there was a car accident so it took 9 hours to get there), the bus ride BACK was incredibly awesome. it was the best part of the trip, i think for everyone. bryan and mayly made up. "hollister" and i got time to talk (may... u have no idea how much i hate lacross, lol). jillian got her flirting time in, of course... but what else is new.
all in all, it was a kick ass week. my parents and i havent exactly been speaking the same language lately but that probably has to do with my hanging out with crystal. they think that im stupid enough to do shit... and maybe they are right. but either way, they are mistakes i think i need to make for myself and im willing to deal with it.
*sigh* i have missed lj. for some reason, its really entertaining... and addicting. :P
