I'm so good at writing letters.
Right now I'd like to thank the scheduling manager at CPK for giving me two Sunday mornings at 8 am in a row. I can't figure out if there's a meeting today or not, but if there is, I didn't study for the quiz on the new menu items and will be failing... and don't care. Is apathy a bad sign? I'll tell you at 2:00 when I finish my shift.
To celebrate my incredibly rare Saturday off from both jobs, Jus and I spent the day together yesterday. We looked for swimsuit cover-ups (a failed endeavor, and not a very practical one at that) and ate too much disgusting food in the form of Panda Express for lunch, followed by candy, popcorn, and Coke frosties at the movies; she hadn't seen "The Break-Up" yet. Of course, that meant that we weren't hungry for anything but the leftover popcorn when we got home and watched "High School Musical" (so cute) through dinner. I managed to eat some blueberries and drink some water so that my body wouldn't malfunction. Then we both were sick of watching television for about ten minutes until we decided to watch my new copy of "Chasing Liberty." It was such a productive day.
Chris is out with his first crew of the season until about Tuesday.
