Follow the white rabbit.

Because I hadn't seen Trisha since her anxiety attack on the 10th, I called her last night. For the first time ever, she had a (mostly) definite plan and shared it with me: she's withdrawing from the semester today and plans to pick up her stuff tomorrow, maybe Thursday. I knew it was coming, but it feels weird to know for sure that she's leaving. After tomorrow, I'll have a double suite all to myself and won't see Trisha again until September. Of course, it does cause a few complications; I have to go out this weekend and buy a refrigerator, microwave, television (with DVD player?), and rugs. I'm also going to reorganize the room a little now that I'll have twice the storage space. At least I've gotten used to her absence by now since, well, she's basically been gone for over a month, but I'll still be a bit lonely. I guess it just feels strange to know that 3109 is mine for the rest of the year, and I can't feel comfortable getting excited about it, at least not yet.

As enjoyable as Seoul Juice rehearsals can be, I'm so glad that the Culture Show is on Sunday. I mean, when I joined, they said it would be two hours of rehearsal per week; it's turned into almost five. Throw in the five-and-a-half hours of Sopranos rehearsal, and I'm doing a whole lot of a cappella. The Sopranos are sounding really good, though, so I don't think that the next couple of weeks will be too stressful leading up to our concert.

Okay, time to work on my research paper on technological determinism and airbags. Oh, my life...
