Knot again ...
Work was icky today - there were so many people upset with my boss that the aura in the department was unpleasant. I kept my mouth shut, did my job, and didn't get involved in any of the chaos ... still waiting for my dream job to come along - I just have to be patient. Don't know why, but I have a knot above my shoulder blade about the size of a tootsie roll ... numerous people at work attempted to forcefully alleviate my pain, but now I'm left with more pain and a bruised shoulder blade ... I'm going to have another glass of wine and a pain pill and call it a night.
