walking and more walking...

ok guys... putting it officially on the record and out into the universe...

my ACTUAL new years resolution (apart from the one about carniverous fishies) is to walk every 2nd day or so...

my target is to lose 5 kilos (bringing me down to my correct BMI) or drop a dress size whichever comes first...

so if anyone notices me slacking off... i am giving them official permission to slap me round with a wet fish!!!! (except for days like today when i only got 1hr's sleep tops!!!)

so off to have a nanna nap now!!!
