::looks around:: What is this school thing?
Okay, LONG FUCKIN' TIME since I last wrote, like a whole summer, but here I am now and that's all that matters.
School started today. My senior year. (!!!) It sucks that I have this cast on my leg but it's only 2 weeks. For those of you who I have not already ranted to, I did not break my leg, not even a little bit. It's a sprain. A sprain that was supposed to be gone a month ago and is no better than the day after I sprained it. I've had x-rays and an mri and it led my doctors to the conclusion that they have no fuckin' clue what's going on but it might be a good idea for me to stop moving it. Hence, the leg cast.
This year my schedule goes like this: History building, 3rd floor, 1st floor, History building, History building, 2nd floor, 2nd floor. My locker is in the History building and I have 1st lunch, which means I'll be hungry again by 7th and must stock up on granola. This is okay because I enjoy granola quite a bit. Because of this cast, Perryman lets me leave 1st a few minutes early to walkies all the way to the 3rd. I probably don't need it, but I enjoy it. There have to be some perks to this torture.
Anyways, they're saying that we WILL have exam exemptions this year (it's in the handbook) which means one thing: KATE WILL WORK HER ASS OFF. Also because I have to - HAVE TO - get into Warren Wilson and this means good grades. If anyone knows of a job I can have (I'm partial to grocery stores but very flexible, and I have restaraunt experience and good referances.) puh-lease let me know because I could really use one.
