Mom got her pillowcase today while I was on the phone with her. She loved it. That made me so happy. She is bummed her third chemo is coming up and she hates them. Don't blame her, but I am glad she is having them done. She is actually feeling good enough to get out and go places today but it is a huge risk with her immune system compromised the way it is right now. I suggested getting surgical masks to wear. Who cares how it looks if it keeps her from getting sick. The chemo they have her on is so strong she lost all her hair a week after the first treatment. That is some brutal chemo. I hate, loathe, despise, detest, and abhor cancer.
