i wasnt looking for your pity.
i told you i missed you. and all i wanted in return was some kind of sign that you missed me too.
but all i got were reassurances.
reassurances that you and i were not meant to be.
reassurances that i "deserved better".
reassurances that you would "only hurt me"
reassurances to try and force me to move on and to forget.
