My experiment failed! XD
I just started my biology project, and already I've hit a wall!
I'd grown some insect cells in the lab, and came in today intending to infect them with baculovirus. Me and my supervisor spent ages calculating the correct volume and concentrations needed to mix the two in the right ratio, we got down to the lab, prepared all the equipment, mixed the solutions...
And then we decided to check the insect cells to see how well they'd grown overnight.
And they were all dead.

LOL.
So yeah, I got to come home early XD. I'm going to try again tomorrow with another set of (hopefully live) cells.
