I hooked up with
anne_artblog last night, for our next instalment of Strangely Familiar plottings. Now that the new www.strangelyfamiliar.com domain name is behaving itself, we’re getting set to open our on-line Shoppe. Squee! It’s a good opportunity to start and develop our range of products, although the Jinx Cocktail Set (with exclusive Bathory Berry Sling recipe) isn’t on the cards just yet.
Another new development is the introduction of fancy folded swing tags on our range of laydeez garments. I really enjoyed designing these with Anne, and seeing her work all of the words and images into the super-cute 4-side format. Now that our new domain is official, we can hopefully soon go to print with these
Rude! In other news, at day job, we’ve gained a new client by the name of Dick Steel. I hoped he would say ‘I came across you in the Yellow Pages’, but we were sadly denied this cracking innuendo. However, it did inspire a round of ‘What’s your Porn Star name?’ Dick Steel’s porn star name is probably Trevor Smith, just to level things out.

And, in conclusion, the MAC range of Barbie (TM) cosmetics in Harvey Nicks just isn't as pink and shiny as hoped. I swiped a sample card of Mr Viktor and Mr Rolf's Flowerbomb to console myself, though ;-)
