Writer's Block: The Undead
Since I'n assuming we're talking about the fleash eating zombies Remero made famous, I'm going to say no. They do not suffer since they feel nothing beyond the "need to feed".
Now, on the flip side of that, there are Voodo zombies, who do in fact feel, but are unable to express it do to the spell cast on them. And these zombies do not eat the flesh of the living, dispite what you may have heard.
