Happy Valentine's Day!
Love is in the air. For weeks now, people have been asking me what will I be doing on this day and being the impish little gal that I am, this is what I've been telling people..
friend X: "So what are your plans for valentine's day?"
me: "Hmm, will be spending the evening with a handsome american"
friend X: "Huh? What happened your bf?? Changed already??"
me: "You think I'm kidding? I'll have to rush down to meet him by 6.30pm, else I'll be late for class"
friend X: *faint* "Your lecturer ah??"
In reality, the bf and I won't be celebrating valentine's day today. We've done our share of contributing to this heavily commercialised day and decided to hold back and perhaps have our own valentine's day celebrations later on, when that day will really be ours & ours alone.
What really matters to me is that I'll still get to see him after class, I'm just sorry that I won't be able to spend the whole evening with him becoz of my media law class tonite.
On top of that, I have a great bunch of friends & of course, my dearest family to share this day with. Those are the most important things to me on this day. :)
