ALL SOULS

There is Halloween (=All Hallows'[Saints] Eve) and then in
many churches November first is All Saints, and then
completing the Dias de los Muertos for many today
November 2nd is All Souls Day which in one aspect is a
rememberance of souls finding repentance for wrong in life
But let us with this John Atkinson Grimshaw painting as our
nocturne, see rather the whole of humanity ,the good
the bad and the ugly we might say? as turned towards its
goal, our goal, our end which is our beginning intended
from Eternity... or anyway we may each see ourself as on
the road into a light brighter than the night and is it
not our destiny?
