I know, I know I haven't really been on LJ all that much . . . . . it's those damn H/D fics . . . . . . I just can't stop myself from reading them and then by the time I'm done, I have to sleep since I work the next day and it's already 2am, >_>!

I haven't even written a CON report for AN'07 (WHICH WAS AWESOMENESS!) yet, haven't upped the pics, haven't said what I wanted to say about Pirates of the Carribean: At world's end . . . . so much to say, just so lazy to WRITE, LMAO!

WTF is what I have to say here. What was with those crabs? Does anyone know what Casiope *is that her name? I am probably so wrong on that!* said before she exploded into crabs? I was way more impressed with Hector Barbosa than with Cap'n Jack Sparrow in this film and can Elizabeth die now pls?I HATE her character so much and Will . . . . . i liked that ending. The battle sequence at the end was far too long but the flying monkey with his butt on fire was cute! What I really liked was Jack's expression when Davy Jones killed Will . . . . . we all know he cares even when he says he doesn't but it's a different case when you actually see it.

As I was walking out everyone kept saying . . . . . is there going to be a 4th film? IThey certainly set it up was such, but highly doubt it.

I quite liked it. The faun was not a faun as I imagined it to be, XD. Alphonse Cuaron made his point loud and clear, it's an adult fairy tale. The ending could have been better . . . . instead of seeing what happened to Ofelia as she was dying, it would have been better to let audience imagine it. It would have left more of a lasting impression. Nonetheless I would rec it, it has beautiful cinematogophry and the music is lovely.

I had been looking forward to this film since a) I really like Clint Eastwood as director and b) KEN WATANABE!. I was disapointed. I got bored. I knew the helplessness but I didn't feel it. I liked how Nishi saved that American and read the letter from his mother . . . . hitting the fact that the americans they are told to kill are no different from them. It was just so contrived . . . . it didn't feel natural at all. Some parts of the film did pull at my heart strings, but overall I found the film disapointing.

. . . . . WHAT FUN! WHAT CRACK! Matthew Broderick is an excellent neurotic! His screams and bulging eyes made me howl with laughter and Nathan Lane made me cry, XD. I admit I fast-forwarded through many singing/dancing scenes (Bollywood has scarred me for life I tell you!). Looking for something light? Check it out!

I went to Chapters today (more liked dragged, XD) and I ended up getting the FINAL VOLUME OF ANGEL SANCTUARY! OMG! IT'S OVER! ASDKFJOWVYEVBIHASJKFGBWEJB GVUIHERUIGWIUEVHTRIUWGEVGTRWEUGTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was my first manga that I ever bought . . . . been collecting for 3 yrs now and it's all over. *cries* I want to read and I don't at the same time. I stopped reading around vol.7 cause I just couldn't take the cliffhangers anymore, XD. I finally have THEM ALL and now I can read in peace . . . . or as much peace as you get with AS.

I also picked up . . . LOVE PISTOLS/SEX PISTOLS! ASJKFDHJKH!YAYAYAYAYAYAYA! FINALLY! It was suppose to have been published in January/February but b/c Biblos had gone bankrupt many series had been pushed back. GAH! Instead of using the term "madarui" they used something like zooists, >_>. A little off putting but . . . . it's SEX PISTOLS! YONEKUNI AND SHIRO! *hearts*
