Random anonymous-optional post is a go. IP logging is off, screening is on so whatever you want to say to me, other people don't read- I want to know what you think of me. Do you think I should go take a nice long run off a very short cliff? Say so. Do you think I'm overreacting to things and jumping at shadows? Say so.
