(no subject)
I have duty today. Yuck. I always hate duty on Saturdays, for obvious reasons. (I totally miss the fam, I'm doing work stuff, I get cheated out of sleeping in...)
The thing about weekend duty is, I always come in with these big plans of getting all this paperwork done; I think I can use my time to catch up on things on which I am behind. But when I get here, I lose all my steam - it's like it takes all of my energy to just be here.
Bleah. Only about 12 more hours until I get to go home and have a partial day with my family where I don't have to think about the ship. I did tell Chels this morning though that during the rest of my time here, I think I only have one more weekend duty rotation. There's a weird thought.
