Please get a new phone since it obviously does not work. The fact that you have to scream is irritating. I am guessing from your intrusive conversation that you are some sort of mutated pharmacy or public health student. You must be one of the low ones. 2 pills do mean 2 pills. It does not mean 2x2 pills or that you have to give a pill every 2 kg on a person. That would definately mean a LOT of pills, hence the fact that it would not be feasible to give a person that many pills.
Second. Your voice is irritating. Please find a quick way to contract laryngitis.
