Gorgeous banner. I keep staring at it.

Fave parts :

He should have seen this coming. It almost felt too good to be true that the leads were falling in their direction, and sure enough, once Tess had spoken the word Watchtower, it took everything he had not to lose it right in front of her. Fortunately, Tess’ fear for Clark gave Oliver what he needed to help, even if it was from the sidelines ( ... )

Good to know I'm not the only one. Ara did a great job on that one.

It's nice to see that some of your favourite moments were some of the quieter parts. This series kind of hinges on that, so thanks!

It's been fun to re-visit this series. I'm not sure how much canon I can write anymore, but until I finish this series, I'll always have an outlet. And I agree about the banner, it's probably one of my favourites from her... although she never ceases to amaze me.

Thanks!

*Sigh*. I'm so happy you're continuing this series. I feel like there's this neverending well of emotion left to tap from Season 9 and I'll never tire of reading about it. Your strengths as a writer really shine exploring this point in time of their relationship. Chloe's struggles acknowledging their evolving bond as teammates and Oliver's utter relief at hearing her voice were so touching.

I like that you added little details like Chloe teaching him some database specifics. It compliments nicely his archery lesson(s - you know there were multiples) and slowly weaving every part of their lives together. I also liked the idea that Chloe witnessed his conversation with Tess. That moment afterward when he sees her and his entire being lights up is so memorable to me and signifies a monumental change in their relationship - much more than Chloe's understated dialogue that ends that scene. Beautiful.

Sorry if this seems disjointed - I feel like it is. I've been up since 5:45 and my brain is not cooperating.
