Obligatory Thanksgiving post
Alrighty, so Thanksgiving was pretty fun!
My day started out pretty good, I got a head start on burning calories by goin to work out, and then got ready for thanksgiving.
The day started, when I was going to Chris's family's Thanksgiving dinner. I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure how they'd be. In spite of knowing Kjersten, I'd thought that people of the mormon religion would be.. really different from me. But they weren't! They were all really nice and fun people. No drinking or caffiene, regular prayer, they had missionaries come to have dinner with them, they seemed nice. Still a little strange, but nice anyways. Luckily, Chris's brother Josh also had brought his girlfriend Laura, so we got to talk about how we didn't know anyone and such. Chris's mom is really really nice, similar to me by how we talk and some mannerisms. His dad is really quiet. Chris is definately his parents' child, by looks anyways.
Then we went to Jackie's with Daddy. It took some convincing to chris, but he went (yay!). We had some vino, and some more food, and some general fun. Watched Shilo play with catnip and people, met jackie's family. It was all really really nice.
Then Chris and I came back to my house and went through ads for black friday till about midnight. Good times :-).
So that was all fun and nice, I will say.
Ever since we got back together, things have just been terrific. Like.. extremely great.
