So, I keep sabotaging myself. My diet, and I dont know why. Weak! Weak am I!
And to make it worse, I was craving nachos. So, gooey cheesy nachos it was (I was really good this morning and afternoon, minus the toast). Well, I should be starting my period tomorrow, and I always forget not to eat any cheese or greasy foods or else I get cramps..but its also when I get the cravings the most! Blast.
So now, I'm feeling not so great.
and my throat is still scratchy. Get better, dammit!
