jesus movie
my favorite part of this experience was the fact that when people sneezed- no one said bless you.
typical.
anyway, the movie was obnoxious, pointless and redundant. it was too long, too dramatic and some of the scenes were just unneccessarily violent. movies like this have been made before and the only reason this one is so "special" and hyped up is because of mel gibson. which, by the way, i don't see him donating any of his profits from the movie to charity - do you?
not to mention, the lead actor, whose initials happen to be JC, was struck by lightening TWICE during the shooting of the film- now, if that were me, i think i'd quit.
since all the actors who have played jesus in a movie have supposedly died shortly thereafter guess we'll see what happens in this one, ey?
