Why this must be read/seen: I'm a sucker for a nuanced character study, and in Morning, anythingbutblue brings it. Hero misses Victoria, but she doesn't miss Victoria. She knows this, but there's still that twinge of something missing. Then there's Beth, who isn't a replacement for Victoria, but kind of is, in the way that Hero needs someone. Hero though, is conscious of all the ways in which Beth is nothing like Victoria. Great read!
