My name is Christina. I am the mother of a little girl. Her father is Steve Blackburn (Stev).
The courts found him to be her father. They ordered him to pay child support. He knows he is her father, he knows that the courts have found him to be her father, and he knows that he owes child support. He has never paid a penny of it.
I am writing you in hopes that you can give me information that I can give to Family Services to help them enforce the child support order. Specifically, I am looking for info about people he may be living with, addresses where he may be living, and info about where he may be working.
There is a little girl in the middle of this, an innocent party. Its not her fault. But she deserves to be taken care of and provided for. Please help me to make this happen.
