the world today, is ruled by electricity. by t.v.'s and telephones.by boom boxes and flashing neon lights. by cars and by computers.
these things, they're so very important, that our lives belong to them. you don't own that car, it owns you.that computer, it controls you life. your mood, your attitude, you beliefs and opinions; they're all controlled by that computer, and the internet.
you parents are obligated to provide: food, shelter, and clothing, cable t.v., high speed internet, and a nice stereo system.
where i work is a computer manufacturing plant. where i work is the new and improved mecca. a modern day holy land. what i do is send blessings in cardboard boxes, to people in desperate need. you could even call me a savior. a messiah. here, twentyfour hours a day. here, seven days a week. we send out our millions of saving graces.
not even grocery stores open twentyfour hours a day, seven days a week. food is no longer a necessity. we feed off electricity from our t..v.'s and cd players.
we even have t.v. dinners. no longer does dinner involve family time, sharing, peace and quiet. we're too busy watching t.v. shows about other families enjoying their nice, quiet dinner together. and that's become something out of the ordinary. family time, i mean. playing video games, or watching movies is what is considered 'quality family time'. while genuine time together has become a fantasy that we can only enjoy by watching it on t.v.
and we're satisfied with that. we don't know any better. that's what we've been taught is natural by our years of corruption.
and we've grown dependant on our gadgets. we lust for more. no longer are we expected to complete the task, our technology is.

for everything to be easiear. stressfree.
a way for us to be lazy. and eventually we will be obsolete.
someday, long after human extinction, our beloved electronic gadgets will still be here. out living its creator. out doing. out-smarting. triumphant.
