The Up-Side of Cancer
2009 just continues to be a banner year. My in-laws got a blocked pipe and their back yard filled with sewage. My FIL, a retired plumber, attempted to unblock the leak, telling my MIL to hold down the toilet lid in the hall bath to prevent scary accidents. Unfortunately he got the pipe wrong and the toilet in the master bath expoloded sewage everywhere.
My MIL said having cancer was awesome.
She sat in the living room with her feet up while FIL and BIL cleaned the bathroom.
*Shudder* If this happened to me, I'd just tell hubby to set fire to the bathroom and consider it a loss.
