The Sprendor and the Grory!
Thanks to a particularly heinous fight with the wife last week, I was given a "de-stress" day on sunday. What did I do? I called up
misterDNA
and we got together to finish the fight.
He was a bit hesitant to stick his toe in the online pool, so we practiced some one-on-one matches. I have never had more fun playing games with someone! There were many classic moments :

In the first image, mDNA had been bearing down on me with the "mongoose". I chucked a grenade at him which stuck in his shoulder, sidestepped, and watched the mongoose (and by extension: mDNA) get blown to high Heaven. In the second shot, mDA had been taking potshots at me when I was bearing down on him with MY mongoose. He didn't sidestep, and got squished but good.
Other highlights: Hammer time on Guardian. "The Grory and the Sprendor" "Oh no! I'm Pink!" "Now I'M Pink!"
Bungie has really outdone themselves. The theater functionality is amazing. I love being able to go back and see the match from any vantage point, slow it down, stop it, take a photo and upload it to my online service record.
