(no subject)
I don't update often, but maybe I'll start. It could be fun, I guess, and otherwise I'll forget everything that happens in the haze of beer and low-level chemistry.
So, like everyone, I'm away from everybody else with the exception of some random IB people and Blake Tanase, who's always fun. College so far has been pretty easy in terms of work, but hella annoying when it comes to financial aid. I have enough, but the amount was different according to pretty much everybody until recently. To all IB seniors who read this: Mrs. Brennan is a dozen times tougher and better than Chem2046 (the second level chem course that everyone recommends against), so if you do well with her, don't bother with it.
Tomorrow I leave on a train to see Elisabeth! I'm excited, though annoyed that the date got changed, oh, 6 hours before I was supposed to leave AND the lady who told me was rude. Either way, I'm lonely, bored, and (Hi Elisabeth~) horribly tired of the heat outside. I walk outside and my glasses always fog up, although it's getting better. The upperclassmen say that it gets better by mid Septemeber, so I'm not too worried.
All of you who have facebook should friend me, as I've finally succumbed and gotten one of those too. Yay for the Elisabeth fan club!
Chemical engineering does look like it'll be an interesting career though. Yay for surfactants.
