Yes, that's right, belive your eyes: I'm acutally posting in my LJ again. Alert the presses!
See, Drexel just happens to be doing a very familiar show to you LBT'ers. Once I saw that they were doing this show, I became quite excited. I've told most of you what this show is, but not all. To audition for this show (not unlike when we did it for RL), they wanted us to prepare a monolouge from it, which, clearly, was another plus for me, due to my familiarity with it. So, after a fairly sucessful audition, well done callback, and delayed posting of the cast list by 2 hours, I will be performing Andy Paris, Dr. Cantaway, and Phillip Dubois in Drexel University's production of The Laramie Project!
Now, dont get me wrong, I understand that Nick (our director) is not RL, and that college-level theatre is a totally different animal from high school theatre. But still, it's Laramie. And after chatting with some of the theatre kids here, they're just about as crazy (if not more crazy) than most of you loons. I think I'll fit in great : D
Details about when and such to follow!
