The big headache postponed update...
So I guess I'm a day late technically with this update because I really didn't have much of a headache yesterday, but no big deal. Had a load of stuff going on, sue me :).
First off, on the new job front, both cities I'm in the process with are currently tied, I'm working my way through the background process with both and have had the first meeting with the background investigator with both of them. Seems like they're jazzed to hire me so I've still got my fingers crossed (not like there's anything terribly interesting in my background). The commute will suck, but the money I'll be making will more than compensate for that so.....yeah.
Secondly, I just spent an ungodly sum of money on a new computer (yes another one, I know). My new MacBook Pro will be on it's way most likely next Tuesday from whatever Asian country it will be hailing from. Hopefully I will have it by the end of next week, but I won't really be holding my breath. If it showed up on my doorstep today, I'd jump for joy, but that just isn't going to happen. Other than that it'll basically be dragging me out of my apartment and getting fresh air whilst I mobilly commute :).
Other than that, I'm headache free, my car is running great (despite running over a tree), work sucks like normal (SSDD), and I could really stand to go out and take pictures again, I haven't in a while...although I left my camera at a friend's house, so we'll see how long it'll be before I get it back.
And...New Years plans...Currently I have none, other than maybe a little LAN gaming on new years eve, and movie night on new years day. I took flak from a friend for basically planning to kick back and relax NYE night, but it's not like I'm a huge party person, I don't drink much, and I suck at dancing...so that leaves me....what? Ahh well.
