two hours later, the waiting room is filled with people and the sound of noisy conversation mixed with the constant whirr of the coordi-unnies' blow dryers gives jieun a headache. she sits on one of the couches with her eyes closed and weighs the consequences of painkiller-induced drowsiness against the incessant pounding in her head.

she suddenly feels something heavy drop into her lap and opens her eyes to see sulli curled up next to her on the couch, her head resting in the dip between jieun's thighs. sulli's eyes are closed, and jieun looks down the line of her sleeping figure, tracing the sillhouette of her legs clad in black patterned tights. she isn't wearing any shoes, and jieun can feel a dull heat begin to pool between her legs as she makes out the shape of sulli's gently pointed feet underneath black nylon. jieun feels as if she ought to be embarassed or ashamed for being turned on at the sight of a sleeping girl's stocking feet, but she was too tired and her head hurt too much for her to care.

sulli opens her eyes and looks up at jieun, smiling, and jieun wishes for a moment that the room could be quiet for just ten seconds as an image of a long-haired, bright-eyed Sulli formed in her imagination. the image was son intense that jieun could almost hear this sulli whisper in her ear, "i'm yours, i'm yours, i'm yours."

but instead, short-haired sulli smiles at her from her lap and says, "jieun-unnie, you know you're my favorite, right?"

and jieun tries to convince herself that she'd be alright with just that.

omg omg omg, i was not expecting this to be filled (no one ever fills my prompts) but it was and, let me tell you, it was fantastic. i loved the almost....melancholic?? feel to it. like, iu's in so deep that it hurts but i love it. and the short, but so poignant, amber cameo is just fodder for some grade a meta that someone should write. thank you~!♥
