2. where in the world are you? where did you grow up?
seattle, washington. bumfuck ohio.
3. what do you do for work, or, what do you WANT to do?
i am a nonprofit desk jockey. my ideal job would be serving folks living with hiv/aids. hopefully, i would like to do that as a arnp.
4. who are the important people in your life? tell us about them.
the most important "person" in my life is my cat. through the couple of years that i've had him, he has been my security, my touch stone. of the two legged variety, i would say my best friend who lives in portland, my lady friend, and my peeps in seattle.
VERY important random-ass questions:
5. have you ever returned an item to a store for a refund after having used it?
i returned a pillow that super sucked. i know, gross, but i paid a shit ton of money for it (i'm obsessive about such things) and it was super uncomf. i'm quite sure they tossed it.
6. if you could bring one character to life from literature, who would it be?
hmm, tough one. i'm more of a nonfiction reader but i'll be the scifi nerd and say aragon from lord of the rings. i love that shit.
7. which color describes you most accurately?
green, because its not intrusive but can be super rad.
8. what one toiletry item could you never live without?
face wash. my face would be a blaze of acne. not a pretty sight.
9. what do you think Victoria’s secret is?
the secret is that "vicky's" is headquartered is ohio.
and lastly:
10. what brings you here?
i still talk to my bio family sometimes, but they don't respect and love me for who i am. they are always ashamed of me and trying to get me to change. i want to hear from other people constructing their own families, dealing with issues particular to chosen families, and how to strengthen our families.
