Outside it feels so much like Autumn. It's perfect. The sky is soft and grey and heavy like a blanket. The trees have just the slightest tints of red, yellow, brown and orange hanging in the air around them. I love days like this.
The air is just cold and crisp enough.
it also means that the dog is in protest mode and doesn't want to go to the bathroom - the earth is too wet, she whines.
the cats are snuggly and warm.
and by two days from now, it'll probably be hot and muggy again. Yesterday it certainly felt like summer - muggy and hot and full of mosquitoes.
