Vague
Finished reading The Egyptologist today. Found it actually somewhat good in the way that some books can be, leaving me feel vaguely satisfied with none of the fears of being pretentious that some other choice reads might leave me. I quite liked the twist, which was a first, considering it wasn't too hard to spot it coming. Nonetheless, it was fairly well executed, and there are enough red herrings left over at the end of the whodunnit to leave me feeling vaguely displaced.
... That's how I guess I'm feeling now. Vague. Was going to come up with another five-minute song, but I completely lost the thing I had going for Burung Kakaktua.
... Oh well. I guess I can still run the gauntlet regarding my other LJ inanities.
