Sink those ships!
It just occurred to me that I'm not much of a shipper when it comes to BSG (Sydney/Vaughn however will never be obliterated, take that Sarkney!!).
I'm not all about the OTP LOVE of Kara/Lee, though I do like see them and write them together. But I also like Kara/Anders because I want Kara to be happy with whomever she wants (plus eye candy!) and I'm nonchalant as to Lee/Dee (except when writers portray her as a bitch/emo mistress/Lee-is-my-life-and-I-must-protect-him-at-all-costs, then I'm all 'Lee/Dee 4eva' just because of badfic spite).
Have we forgotten how we all thought she was one kick ass girl after she delivered the 'reunite the family' speech to Adama or are we just that fickle?
Then there's the pairing of Tyrol with Cally or Boomer or Sharon. I wouldn't mind either, but I wouldn't go crazy if Tyrol decided "screw all women, I'm in love with Helo."
Take Boomer and Caprica!Six which I hold in the same regard as Head!Six/Gaius or Gina/Gaius or Caprica!Six/Gaius. But then again there are multiple copies, so monogamy really isn't an issue.
Lastly Ellen/Saul, Ellen/all males of the fleet, and Ellen/airlock, but of course.
But Adama/Roslin must be completely canonized nor shipped with any other because if mommy and daddy get a divorce, humanity will exploded into a billion little pieces.
