I've had the bestest 3-day weekend ever.
Friday
I woke up feeling like it was Christmas, probably because it was freezing cold and I was watching Turbulence (the cabins' decked with bodies and boughs of holly, FA LA LA LA LA...)
Then, Mom and I ate a nice Italian restaurant before we window-shopped at Century 21...yes I know we're hicks, I get. At least it wasn't Walmart. But I found these amazing pair of purple Christian Lacroix heels that begged to be purchased. I don't care if they're 400 DOLLARS, they LOVE ME and I LOVE THEM.
Then, we hightailed it to the furs section where I professed my undying love for rabbits and felt all sorts of guilt for their deliciously soft scarf wearing deaths. I'm sad honestly! But they're so soft and Oh rabbit mittens!
Anyway, I bought a pair of suede clogs with faux fur...see I'm nice to rabbits everywhere!
Saturday
Dragged mom off to see Melissa and Lauren in Assassins. It's such a decisively witty and humorous musical that everyone should see it like NOW. Melissa played crazy so well too especially when she's staring at a bucket of KFC. Mom had a hard time finding Lauren even though she was the only one wearing a bright red dress. Honestly, she's blind.
I'm in loved with Booth, Guiteau, Byck, and Oswald. Booth has A SOUTHERN ACCENT *dies*. Guiteau was quite an actor playing crazy and pompous very subtlely. Byck in his Santa Suit with a beer in hand, need I say more? And Oswald was cute, even my mom said so! I wished he sang louder though.
It is horribly wrong that I damn near cried when Booth was pleading for someone to tell his story? I found myself sympathizing with all the assassins. Ahhh I'm going to be an Assassin when I grow up!
Sunday
I must do all the work I've put off because of all the aforementioned. I stopped cleaning a while ago to read BSG RPF. I love wisteria_ and stars_like_dust, I really really do. Bookmarked all the other fics which hopefully I'll get around to before Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy.
