Jim helps Blair settle into the PD
Hello all, since everyone was so helpful the last time I thought I'd try again.
I think this is one fic, but it might be two:
A. Jim finds out that Blair was living in the warehouse to take care of Larry but officially had a flat he shared with two other (women)students, who had sublet his room to some guy who refused to leave. I think Jim also found nice things Blair had done for people? And possibly that Blair was desperately trying to find a place to live after the warehouse blew up but couldn't.
B. Small things keep going wrong in the PD/Major Crimes office, and Blair helps fix things wherever he can, but someone starts a whisper campaign that Blair is either jinxed or causing the accidents so he can fix them and be a hero. Rhonda does a sting operation I think and they catch the person actually causing the accidents because they dislike his partnership with Jim.
