can transform into animals (spirit) red panther

Basically what i can remember is that both Blair and Jim are at some kind of wild life area- where they can be in their other form and relax, play etc. I think they may have been staying there over a weekend, and they hadn't met before, one of them was a red panther (I get the feeling it is Blair) and the other possibly a wolf/bear (maybe not?) and the red panther tries really hard and gets the other one to play with him. One of them leaves (Jim?) and the other one (Blair?) has to find him.

Any suggestions? i have been searching for weeks but due to how little i seem to be able to remember i can't seem to hit the keyword jackpot
