Stuffed Animal

I'm trying to find a fic in which Jim steals a stuffed animal that belongs to Blair and arranges it to be mailed to various PDs around the country. The other PDs send pics of themselves and the toy back to Blair. I have a feeling that this is only one small part of a much larger fic. Does anyone know which fic it is and where I can find it?
