SG1 X w\ Blair leaving Jim, Blair is called "bear" by Charlie

Howdy, I am looking for a specific story that is right after the end of canon. Blair can't take it anymore and leaves go to Colorado to the man he thinks of as is father, Jack. Blair was called "bear" by Jack's son Charlie before Charlie died. I can't find it in Xovers because there are so many of them. I also can't remember if Blair and Jim get together or not. (gee, my mind had reallly gone)

Also, Is there a similar site like this to ask about SG1 and SGA???? I would realllly like to be able to ask about those stories somewhere.
